Our office provides in-office procedures. This is important for our patients because it provides a cost-effective and therapeutic alternative to expensive facility-based treatments.

We provide therapy for skin cancers in an office-based setting. Most skin cancers can be excised with local lidocaine, which improves a patient's recovery time. Dr. Bishop has removed close to 10K lesions (including cancerous and benign lesions) for biopsy. CFST also provides an economical option for patients for surgery because we charge no extra facility fees.

We provide cryotherapy or acid therapy for warts. We utilize a treatment regimen that eliminate genital warts.

Our office provides removal of skin tags and age spots for a cosmetic fee. This simple procedure can help with a patients' self-confidence.

Our office evaluates people with chronic fatigue. Oftentimes, there may be an endocrine disorder that causes chronic fatigue.

Our office provides patch testing to help determine if a patient is allergic to a specific chemical. Our patch testing is comprehensive, with 80 allergens being evaluated. This allows us to counsel the patient on chemicals they may come in contact without knowing, which can lead to a chronic dermatitis.

CFST provides evaluation and management of thyroid nodules that may pose a problem for our patients. We collaborate with skilled surgeons if a nodule is needed to be removed for symptoms or cancer.

I provide recommendations and therapy for patients with thyroid disease (hyper- and hypothyroid). Symptoms can often lead to fatigue, insomnia, and heart palpitations.
